Lambert Ninteman, BA, MBA

The Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE is a $10 million global competition to stimulate innovation and integration of precision diagnostic technologies that enable diagnoses anywhere, anytime. San Diego State University entered the competition with an all-volunteer team of students, staff, and faculty, and lacking the pedigree or resources of nearly all of the 312 teams competing in the XPRIZE. The team’s leader, Lambert Ninteman, described the SDSU design for the Tricorder, some of the low-cost innovative solutions that were developed, and the status of the SDSU entry.
