What is “High Tech Art?” According to the speaker, it is something that is 1) made of high-tech materials, 2) using high-tech fabrication techniques, 3) representing some sort of high-tech subject matter, 4) that looks like something that a scientist or engineer would make if they were talented enough in “art” but otherwise enjoy seeing or touching.
